In 2005 the American states of Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi were devastated by the effects of Hurricane Katrina.
In 2008 Simon Olivier and Dax Debice travelled to the region to find out how residents were faring and to discover whether the area’s incredible musical culture had survived the fallout from the storm. This compelling film is a record of what they found.
